Before shipping the products we send you an order conformation.

Shipping and delivery:

Please provide us with your preferred courier and the according courier account number (e.g. FedEx, TNT account number). Please note, we do not handle dry ice shipments with DHL and UPS. If you do not provide us with a courier account, shipping charges (see table below) are prepaid by MoBiTec and will be added to your invoice.

Orders for stock products received before 2.00 p.m. (Central European Time) will be shipped the same day Monday through Friday. Blue ice and dry ice shipments will be shipped Monday to Tuesday.

For your reference we send you the order conformation to the fax number you indicated.

Order Instructions :

If you have ordered with us before, supplying your customer # will enable us to process your order more quickly. If this is your first order or if the customer number is not available, simply leave it blank.

Please provide us your name and fill in at least one of the phone, fax and e-mail fields to place an order. This will enable us to contact you if we need additional informations.

Please provide us with a purchase order # to place an order unless the order is prepaid. You may want to indicate your courier account number (e.g. FedEx, TNT). Otherwise, we will add the transport costs to your invoice.

Fill in the invoice address and delivery address. Be sure to provide complete and accurate addresses, including names. Please do not include a PO Box number in the Delivery Address field - we need an actual street address.

For product ordering specify the order #, product description and the unit size. We also offer special quotations for any product required in bulk or large quantities. Please contact us to inquire or obtain sales terms and conditions. You may also use the order field for additional information important for the order.
