Each Atto-fluorescent nucleotide comes in a vial containing 25 units (1 unit = 1 µl of a 10 mM solution) in aqueous solution. Upon request higher concentrations or lyophilisates are available. Delivered as ready-to-use aqueous solutions. Nucleotides are also available without fluorescent label.

Mant-Nucleotides

Mant-nucleotides (mant = 2'/3'-O-(N-methylanthraniloyl)) are fluorescent probes that exhibit protein-binding properties similar to those of natural nucleotides. The environmental sensitivity of the mant fluorophore often allows the detection of conformational changes of nucleotide-binding proteins and can therefore serve as a monitor for protein-protein or protein-ligand interactions.
