AquaGenomic™

MoBiTec is pleased to announce AquaGenomic™,
an aqueous solution for isolation and purification of genomic DNA.

The standout advantages of AquaGenomic™ are its low cost, simple protocol, and high DNA purity.
The cost of AquaGenomic™ kit is about 1/4 of most spin column-based kits. Its protocol is simple.
It is easily scalable for mini, midi, maxi and multi-well preps. It can yield 5 - 10 µg of DNA from 1-2 mio. cells, 200 µl of whole blood, 15 mg of feces, 1 ml bacterial culture, 5-10 mg of animal tissue, or 10 - 20 mg of plant tissue. The isolated DNA has an excellent purity and is suited for all common applications.

The standout advantages of AquaPlasmid™ are its low cost, simple protocol, and high DNA purity.
The cost of AquaPlasmid™ kit is about 1/3 of most spin column-based kits. Its protocol is simple.
It is easily scalable for mini, midi, maxi and multi-well preps. It can yield 5 - 10 µg of plasmid DNA from a milliliter of overnight bacterial culture. The isolated DNA is ultrapure and has an A260/A280 ratio of 1.9 - 2.0.
